Friday, May 8th, 2026, at 7:00 pm Receiving time starts at 6:30 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 6:45 PM to allow time for parking, signing the guest book, and finding your seat. We’ll be serving champagne during receiving time, so come early, sip, and settle in!

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire. So, for women think knee-length, midi, tea length dresses or elegant jumpsuits and tailored suits with ties for men. Spring colors are welcomed but not mandatory! The ceremony and cocktail-hour will be outdoors and reception will be indoors.

Feel free to utilize our room block with a discounted rate at the Hyatt Regency Conroe (15 minutes from the venue) Link to our room block here: https://www.zola.com/wedding/claireandkerby/travel Check-in time 3:00 pm From Houston, IH-45 is the only way to reach the Hyatt Regency Conroe and Madera Estates so please plan accordingly to be on time for receiving at 6:30 and ceremony starting at 7:00 pm.

Ceremony: 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm Cocktail Hour: 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm Dinner & Reception: 8:30 pm – 11:30 pm

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available! If you plan on drinking, please be safe :) Plan who will be the DD or use Uber/Lyft/etc. The venue is 15 minutes from Hyatt Regency Conroe (where we have a room block at a discounted rate).

Where do I hang out if my S.O. is in Kerby's massive wedding party?

You are welcome to stay in Claire and Kerby's suite until your check-in time. Please text the Bride or Groom to let them know ahead of time!

Anything else I should know about the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail-hour will be outdoors and reception will be indoors. The dinner is buffet style and there will be steak, chicken, vegetarian, and kid-friendly options available! From Houston, IH-45 is the only way to reach the Hyatt Regency Conroe (our room block) and Madera Estates so please plan accordingly for Friday afternoon traffic.
