Guests are encouraged to arrive by 5:00 pm to allow time to be seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Hermitage Golf Course, located at 3939 Old Hickory Blvd, Old Hickory, TN 37138.

Complimentary parking is available adjacent to the venue entrance. Please follow the welcome sign upon arrival for guidance to the guest sign in display and seating.

What should I wear?

Garden Party Cocktail Attire- We’d love for guests to embrace elegant garden party style! Think cocktail dresses in florals, pastels, or vibrant colors, and suits or sport coats with ties, or button-downs with khakis. Please note the ceremony will be held outdoors, so we recommend choosing footwear suitable for grass.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy a social hour on the patio with hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. The reception will follow, where dinner will be served buffet-style with attendants plating, prepared by the venue’s culinary team.

Can I bring a plus one or children?

Answer

Due to the size of our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests who are named on the invitation, including children and plus ones. Thank you for understanding!
