What time should I arrive?

Answer

You can arrive as early as 30 minutes before the Ceremony start time. There Ceremony start time is at 5:00 pm. We HIGHLY recommend you arrive early to allow time to find the venue.

Our amazing venue has a Valet service! Tips are appreciated.

What is the attire? Is there a theme?

Answer

The attire is Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and long cocktail dresses. You do not have to wear a specific color, but spring colors/florals would match best! You are welcome to bring sandals or sneakers to change in to for when we hit the dance floor!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Last year it was pretty warm and sunny. However, we are close to Newport Beach, so it can get a little chilly or overcast. We recommended bringing a shawl or coat, but note we will be inside for the reception!

Will there be a transfer from the Ceremony to the Reception?

Answer

No. The reception will be a few steps through large french doors leading inside!

Where should I sit?

Answer

You can sit anywhere! Just be mindful of the seats reserved in the front for immeadiate family or the wedding party.

6:30-7:00 pm. There will be appetizers being passed around during Cocktail hour at 5:30 pm!

Can I take photographs or videos during the Ceremony?

Answer

Yes, but please me mindful of the other guests and just have your phone silenced! However, we do ask that everyone be "unplugged" during the Brides Entrance and our Vows.

Does Hotel Zessa provide Shuttle service?

Answer

There is Complimentary/On-Call Shuttle service. Complimentary service to/from John Wayne Airport/SNA, South Coast Plaza and local offices within 3-mile radius of hotel is offered on an “on-call” basis. • Guests call the front desk or meet at the front desk area to request service. • Driver will coordinate all stops for the most efficient route • Service is not private; there may be several stops based on guest requests

Yes! Complimentary airport shuttle to Hotel Zessa from John Wayne Airport/SNA. - After securing your bags from the baggage claim area, please call the hotel at 714.825.3333 to request pick-up. - Please proceed to ground transportation center located on the arrival level across from Baggage Claim to the Hotel Shuttle Section. - The Hotel Zessa shuttle will bring you directly to the hotel. Complimentary airport shuttle from Hotel Zessa to John Wayne Airport/SNA. - Please call or come to the front desk to book the complimentary shuttle for pick up to the airport.
