Cocktail dress (a little dressy but not black tie)
At an Irish wedding, its a tradition to have a drink (or a coffee!) to settle yourself before a wedding and maybe meet a few people you haven't seen for a while. With that in mind, Clonabreany have a lovely snug (small pub) beside the ceremony venue which will be open from 1.30pm. For those who are not driving, there will be a bus from Trim at 1.15pm and buses returning at midnight (when the band is finished) and 2.30am (when the bar closes). There will be a welcome reception in the main house after the ceremony until 530pm. Dinner is at 6pm and we will dance the night away from 830pm

Casual, smart casual, anything goes really! Cash/card bar
The day after an Irish wedding is often the best day. There'll be music, drinks and chat. The bride and groom get an opportunity to let their hair down and chat about the day before with friends and family in a more casual setting. There'll be Irish bbq (sausages, burgers and chicken with salads). You are not obliged to come to the Day 2 but you are more than welcome. Stay as long or a little as you like. Irish goodbyes acceptable.
