We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Therefore, no one under the age of 21 will be invited to attend either the ceremony or reception.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent mode during the ceremony. We've hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a guest's phone/device blocking that moment for him to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. Please no jeans (or white dresses if you're a lady!). Please also keep in mind that all events will take place outdoors.
We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, your invitation will be addressed accordingly (Mr. or Mrs. and Guest). Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We will miss you! Please let us know if you are unable to attend as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so that we can plan accordingly.
Yes-Our venue has on site parking directly to the right of the villa in the open field.
Unfortunately, we've opted not to rent a shuttle service to and from the venue. Since we expect a large amount of guests will stay at rental properties rather than the hotel, we felt that transportation from the hotel wasn't necessary. We trust that our guests will be responsible and will call an Uber or Lyft if needed.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask that guests arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure guests are settled before the proceedings.
Please inform us if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies ahead of time so that we can make our caterers aware. Please text Claire at 860-810-5664 no later than September 1st, 2022 with your dietary information.
There will be an open bar for both cocktail hour and the reception. Cash tips for the bartenders are greatly appreciated and encouraged!
