We kindly request cocktail attire for our wedding celebration. Cocktail attire is semi-formal and polished, typically consisting of knee-length or midi dresses, elegant separates, or refined jumpsuits for women. For men, a tailored suit and dress shirt are appropriate; ties are welcome but not required. Please dress with sophistication in mind as we gather to celebrate this special occasion.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to allow time to find your seat and settle in before the celebration begins. We can’t wait to see you there!
We’re so excited to welcome everyone to our Welcome Party in The Club Room at The Dakota! Guests may park in the designated “Visitor” parking spaces, and additional street parking is available along Conference Drive and Ridgewalk Drive. If you plan to enjoy a few drinks during the evening, we highly encourage using Uber or another rideshare service. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Caffe Luna is located at the corner of E Hargett and Blount Street in downtown Raleigh. For guests driving to the venue, we recommend parking at the Wilmington Street Station Parking Deck, which is just a short walk away. If you plan on drinking, we highly recommend using Uber or a rideshare service to get to and from the venue for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.
We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice allows you time to make arrangements and enjoy a well-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

Expect daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s°F, with comfortable evenings in the 50s and 60s°F. While there’s a chance of occasional rain showers, the humidity is generally moderate. We recommend dressing in light, breathable layers to stay comfortable throughout the day! All wedding events will be held indoors.
We will not be reserving a hotel block, but we’re happy to provide a list of recommended hotels near the venue and welcome party, with options available at a variety of price points.
