We understand plans can change. If you need to update your RSVP, please do so online or let us know by emailing claireandisaiah2025@gmail.com. We’re able to adjust meals and seating up until one week before the wedding.

Answer

Yes – we have a discounted room block at the Rewind Hotel that is open until August 13. Please call the hotel directly and mention the Carlson/Seymour wedding. There are also many other hotels nearby.

Yes – dressy attire. We want everyone to feel comfortable while still dressing up to celebrate with us! We kindly ask that you skip jeans and shorts.

Please plan to be seated by 1:45 PM so we can begin promptly.

If you're staying at The Rewind Hotel, it’s typically a 10–15 minute drive to the ceremony. Please note that on Saturdays, Mills Civic Parkway can become congested, so we recommend allowing extra time to ensure you arrive comfortably.

Absolutely! Please include any dietary restrictions on your RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Answer

The wedding party will be taking photos immediately after the ceremony. In the meantime, feel free to relax at the lounge in The Rewind Hotel if you’d like a place to hang out before cocktail hour begins.
