Henry and Claire met in 2016 while visiting friends at Illinois State University in Bloomington's classiest establishment, Drifter's Pub (now the namesake of their puppy, Drifter!). In the Fall of 2016, Henry returned to SIUE in Edwardsville, IL and Claire to Ole Miss in Oxford, MS. They continued to talk almost every day and Claire convinced Henry and his best friend, Travis, to make the trip down to Oxford for an Ole Miss football game (Hotty Toddy!). Needless to say, the weekend went great and they started dating shortly after. After Claire's graduation in 2017, she convinced Henry to make another bold move and they relocated to Richmond, Virginia where they now have a house, two cats, and a dog. Two years later, Henry proposed at their favorite spot in Richmond, Libby Hill Park, and they celebrated over beers at their favorite dive bar, Honey Whyte's! Richmond has become a special place in their story and they cannot wait to share it with you!
