- Visit the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art and the Kemper Contemporary Museum of Art (within a 5-minute walk of each other!) - World War I Museum (the museum is amazing and the view of Kansas City from the memorial is unmatched) - Attend a performance at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts - Shopping at the Plaza, Crossroads, and Brookside Shops (Claire recommends visiting her favorite boutique Dear Society for unique pieces) - Live Jazz at Green Lady Lounge or Lonnie's Reno Club - Catch a Royals Game (baseball) or Sporting Kansas City Game (professional soccer team)
