Do I have to stay at El Dorado Royale and book through the room block?

Answer

Yes, we ask that our guests stay at one of the properties at El Dorado Royale to receive the discounted room rate. There is generations side which allows people under the age of 18, royale side which is 18 and up, and casitas side which is also 18 and up. Please book through the link under our “Travel” tab. If you have any questions or issues booking through the booking website, please reach out to Lauren our travel agent, she is here to answer any and all travel/booking questions you may have to make the booking process as stress-free as possible.

How long should I stay?

Answer

Stay as long or as short as you would like! Currently we have the room block from March 6-12th. You can stay as long or as short of that time as you like. If you want to come early or stay later let us know so we can try to get the fixed rate for you through our travel agent Lauren! We are flying in on Friday March 6th and likely leaving Thursday March 12th.

What airport do I fly into?

Answer

When booking flights make sure you are flying into Cancun airport or use the code CUN. Our hotel offers free shared transportation so make sure to upload your flight number when booking your room.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting a cocktail dress code for the evening. No jeans, shorts, or hats, please! Men: Button down shirt and dress pants, tie/jacket optional. Women: Cocktail or evening gowns. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the evening with us!

Do I need to book the hotel by a certain date?

Answer

Yes, in order to book through the room block you have to book your hotel stay by October 27th , 2025.
