The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. We recommend being at St. Andrews Episcopal Church 15-30 minutes prior so you can chat with friends and find your seat.

While we would love to have EVERYONE join in on the celebration of our love, we are limited in space and seating. If you have "& Guest" on your invitation and are planning on bringing a plus one, please let us know on the RSVP card. If not, we appreciate your understanding and coming to celebrate with us!
Our ceremony and reception will be an adults-only affair. Should you need child care, please reach out to Claire White at 806-676-0835 as we may be able to accommodate.

We have a variety of dishes that you can choose from on your RSVP card and all are gluten-free. Should you have any allergies that we need to be made aware of (i.e. cannot be cooked in the same area), please write on the RSVP card.
Yes! St. Andrews Episcopal Church has a parking lot, street parking and you may also park in the St. Andrews Episcopal School lot. The Amarillo Club also has a parking lot and a parking garage you may utilize. PRO TIP: If you are staying in one of the hotels, park at the hotel for the reception and walk over. Both room-blocks are beside the reception venue.
While there is not transportation to the church from the host hotels or reception, (the church is a quick 8 minute drive from the hotel and the reception is right behind the hotels), Uber and Lyft are popular in the area and can easily take you to and from.
