What should the guests wear?

Answer

Cocktail casual vibes. Suggested color scheme for guests is: green, brown, gold, yellow, orange, navy, or dark pink. Floral and botanical prints are welcome! Please no beige or white.

What time can guests arrive?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive as early as 5:30pm to be settled prior to the start time of 6pm.

Is the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will be taking place in the same building.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Not necessarily, as the transition from ceremony to reception will be fluid. However, if you have any concerns with eating between 6:30-7pm on the evening of the wedding, it is encouraged to have a snack prior to arrival.

What food is being served for dinner?

Answer

Shredded chicken sandwiches, garlic mashed potatoes, bacon green beans, and salad. A light dessert will be offered to attendees post dinner.

What if I have a food allergy or restriction and cannot eat what is being served?

Answer

While we tried to curate a menu that was mindful based on what we know about our guests, please reach out to Claire and Gage regarding any concerns! We want you to be nourished and enjoy your night too.

Is there going to be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be available with an open bar. It is encouraged for guests to tip the bartenders for their service, if they feel called to do so!

Is this a kid friendly event?

Answer

While there are a few teen aged guests invited, we ask for you to not bring your littles to our celebration, unless specified by Claire and Gage directly.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! From the parking lot to the venue itself, the space is compliant with ADA regulations. There are no stairs on site as well. However, keep in mind that there is gravel and uneven terrain in the outdoor garden seating areas. The venue, inside of the greenhouse, is cement floors with no carpeting.
