$35 per person for a 1.5ish hour, 2 mile float down the Virgin River. Headquarters are in a red shed in the front of the Buffalo Trails Trading Company parking lot. A free shuttle brings you back to the parking lot! https://www.tubingzion.com/ On the website: "The Virgin River is NOT a lazy river float and requires participants to be in relatively good physical condition. The river is shallow and rocky, requiring tubers to get in and out of their tube frequently to avoid rocks. There are very few spots where water depth is greater than knee deep. All participants must wear closed toe shoes! "

The Zion Narrows is one of the most iconic hikes of Zion. This majestic slot canyon is the section of the Virgin River upstream from the main Zion Canyon. With walls soaring thousands of feet high and only thirty feet apart in some portions, the canyon provides hikers a completely unique adventure. Experiencing the Narrows requires hikers to wade in the river as it meanders through the deep corridor of Navajo sandstone. Length: 3-10 miles round-trip. Hike is done as an out-and-back allowing hikers to turn back at any point. Zion Outfitters offers a package for $32 that includes canyoneering boots, neoprene socks, and a hiking stick. This is not required but when we did the Narrows hike 7/2020 we preferred having good shoes that kept our feet warmer. https://zionoutfitter.com/the-narrows/ *if you are not interested in the hike, we recommend everyone experiencing inside Zion National Park by taking the shuttle and exploring!
