The venue will be open starting at 4:30pm. If taking the shuttle service from the hotel, we'll ensure you're at the venue on time. If you're arriving by another means of transport, please make sure you're at the venue no later than 4:50pm as the ceremony will start at 5:00pm.

Yes. The venue has plenty of guest parking if you're planning on driving.
We’ll be heading to In-N-Out around 11 AM for a casual, hangover-friendly meet-up. It’s not a hosted or sponsored event, just a relaxed chance to grab a bite and say goodbye before everyone heads out. Come by if you’re up for it!
Yes! As long as you meet the shuttle which will be outside of the Flamingo Hotel (specific shuttle times to come) you can hop on and take it to the venue. You can also take the shuttle back from the wedding to the hotel and just reach your accommodations from there if it's easier. The shuttle will only be stopping at the Flamingo Hotel and at the Wedding Venue, Vine Hill House. It won't be making any other stops.
Yes. The Wedding ceremony, dinner and reception will be entirely outdoors. There will be a dance floor but the dinner portion will be on grass. The ceremony location will have plenty of shade if it's hot.
