We met in Chicago in the late summer of 2021, crossing paths in our neighborhood at the Welcome Back Lounge in Logan Square. Not long after, Danny reached out to plan our first date at Longman and Eagle, a restaurant that became a date-night favorite and later the place where we got engaged. It didn’t take long for us to realize we had something special. By that December, we were officially together, and our relationship has been growing ever since. Through our shared love of music, dancing, family, and celebration, we spent our late twenties learning, supporting each other, and building a life together. In 2024, we moved into our home in Wicker Park and continued to grow our partnership. We have been lucky to travel together, take salsa lessons, explore our city through staycations, and show up for each other through new jobs and new chapters. We have blended our friend groups, made memories across the world, and built a relationship grounded in commitment, growth, and becoming the best versions of ourselves together. We are so excited to be getting married and cannot wait to celebrate this milestone with the people we love most.
