Our love brewed in Alexandria, Virginia. Dan visited his old stomping grounds at Port City Brewing Company and ran into Claire during her first shift, Cinco de Mayo nonetheless! As Dan came to revisit the brewery during his stint in Central Pennsylvania, Claire became more interested in this mysterious man everyone called "Meatsauce." Like a good sauce, their love took time to simmer, building over the years, across state lines, and eventually landed them in Pueblo. Here they continue to bond over beer and have created a life together in this spicy Southern Colorado town. Now you can find them flipping pins at Flip a Coin, kayaking on the Pueblo Reservoir, playing cribbage at Walters, and traveling as much as they can. Claire and Dan are thrilled to invite you into this new chapter in their lives and hope you enjoy our town!
