Jack and Connyr have been friends since high school, but their friendship became a brotherhood in college when they were roommates. If Connyr and Jack are together, you know they're having a good time and you probably wish you were there. Not only do they crack eachother up like nothing else, but they would do anything for eachother - which is why Jack was Connyr's obvious choice to stand by him as his Best Man! Word of advice - if Grand Valley scores a touchdown, someone better have a fireball shooter!

Emily is Claire's second-oldest sister thanks to her big brother Kevin. When Claire met Emily, she knew right away she was perfect for her big brother, and now she's grateful to say she's one of her best friends, too. And now, Claire also gets to be the cool auntie to the sweetest little boy who's already accepted his first job as Auntie Claire and Uncle Connyr's Ring Bearer!

Kevin is Claire's big brother, or "bubba." We all know that when he was 9, Kevin wished Claire would be a boy, so hopefully Connyr makes up for that! Even though she was a little girl, her and Kevin quickly became best friends. There's nothing quite like having a big brother to look up to, play catch with, and to get beaten by every time in Mario Kart. Now Kevin and Connyr get to be the brothers they both always wanted!
Ragan Burene

Ragan is Connyr's big sister, and now Claire is grateful to gain her as a sister too! Ragan has seen Claire and Connyr's relationship from the beginning, when they were awkward and cringy, to now, saying "I do." Somewhere in between, Ragan and Claire became friends and really, Claire has thought of her as a sister for many years now. Connyr and Ragan are only 2 years apart, so growing up they had a tight bond. Now, with Connyr in Grand Rapids and Ragan in Dallas, their relationship remains strong as ever.
Christian Pugmire

Christian is Connyr's oldest cousin, who's like an older brother to him. Everyone's laughing and having fun when Christian is around, it's just who he is! Him and Connyr share many memories of family Labor Day vacations, running around Nini and Papa's house, and partnering up in a competitive game of cornhole.

Anyone who knows them can tell you that Claire and Abby have always been inseparable in a group. They went against everyone's advice to "not be college roommates with your best friend," and are glad they did because it only made their bond stronger. Even though the pandemic cut their college roommate experience short, they stayed roommates beyond college and had some of the most fun times ever - except when Abby fell down the stairs and broke her tailbone... Fun fact: Claire and Abby worked three jobs together!

As Abby's twin, Claire was just about as close with Alex growing up as she was with Abby. Then, later on Alex and Connyr became best friends! So, the four of them have been friends a long long time. Connyr and Alex's mutual love for sports has kept them close through the years. If you hear Connyr's phone going off during the reception, it's probably Alex texting him about the latest NFL trade!

Abbi has been Claire's best friend since 1st grade. Claire and Abbi kept landlines in business, calling each other multiple times a day and asking, "Hi Mr. Klco, is Abbi there?" Somehow after almost 20 years they've still never run out of things to talk about! Abbi attended Grand Valley with Claire, Abby, and Grace, and also stayed Claire's roommate for several years beyond college. Claire and Abbi always had a code name for their crushes growing up, and now Claire gets to marry one of those crushes!
Jackson Tisdale

Jackson, Jack, and Connyr lived together in college in the apartment that they termed "The Frat House." The three of them were always up to something in that apartment - either walking to Insomnia Cookies, doing shots of Fireball on a Tuesday with class the next day, inventing "games" that made no sense, or sitting together on the couch watching Sunday football and catching up on all the homework they didn't do during the week.

Grace came into Claire's life sophomore year of college, but it feels like she's been there all along. If you're in a room with them and catch them glancing at one another, just know that they are having a telepathic conversation that doesn't require words. Grace and Claire share a love of unhealthy obsessions with celebrities, award show fashion, spending too much money on concert tickets, sending Tik Toks back and forth that no one else would understand, and overall just being girls together.

Jason and Connyr have been friends since high school, and have stayed close over the years playing video games. Even though Claire hates when Connyr chooses playing video games over watching Desperate Housewives with her, she's happy to know he's talking to Jason. Jason is one of the kindest guys you will ever meet, and Connyr is lucky to call him a best friend!

Kate and Claire have been best friends since elementary school too, are you noticing a theme? Somehow, Claire got lucky enough to make lifelong friends early on, and Kate was one of them. Seating charts were made for girls like them, who would find a way to get in trouble for talking during class no matter where they were sitting. Their sleepovers were where gossip was spilled, secrets were shared, American Idol auditions were hosted, and the best dance parties were had.
