We're getting married!

Colin and Claire’s love story began with a swipe on the dating app, Hinge. Colin matched with Claire and thought that he could impress her with his witty banter and pictures of his new puppy, George. But after a few weeks of chatting without asking her out, Colin stopped hearing back. Not wanting to look desperate, he waited, and waited, and waited... Finally, after weeks of silence he got his act together and texted her the infamous line: “Hi Claire, have you found love yet?” with a quick follow up asking her on a date. Well, that got her attention! Their first date was on June 12th, 2021, almost three years to the date of their wedding day. They met at Diversey Driving Range so Colin could show off his driver “bombs” and enjoy a few drinks at the outdoor bar. They ended up talking for hours and laughing as if they had known each other forever. From there, many great dates ensued as they began to develop a bond that created a new level of happiness they both couldn’t get enough of. The last three years together have been the best years of their lives - filled with dinners at Topo Gigio, Cubs games at Wrigley Field, goofy dance parties, blending of friends and family, and of course Claire becoming a dog mom to George. Together, Colin and Claire have grown as individuals and as a couple and they couldn’t be happier to become husband and wife. They are so grateful to be surrounded by their friends and family on their special day and can’t wait to see you in Chicago in June!
