As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice will ensure you have enough time to make other arrangements and celebrate with us on our special day! If it is difficult for you to travel without your little ones, we completely understand. We have local babysitters we recommend to watch your kids while you enjoy your night off!
Black-Tie Optional, please. Ladies should wear a floor length gown, a cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Gentlemen should wear a dark suit or a tuxedo if they would like. Please note, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will be hosted indoors.
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.
Unfortunately, transportation will not be provided to and from the wedding. However, it is only about a 5 minute drive to the Sanctuary from the DoubleTree Resort. The couple recommends booking a quick Uber or Lyft. If an Uber or Lyft is unavailable, the DoubleTree Resort has a shuttle (if available) that guests can use to get to the wedding. Please note, this is a hotel shuttle and is not provided by the bride and groom. It may not be available if other hotel guests are using it, and should not be relied on as the primary choice of transportation.
While it's impossible to say for sure, October is still typically a warm month in Scottsdale but will cool down in the evening. Expect a daily high of 85 and low of 55.
Please let us know when you are RSVPing of any dietary restrictions that you have. Our venue is able to accommodate anyone who lets us know by the deadline.
