As many of you know, we are both private people and throwing a glamorous wedding with a crowd is just not our style. The wedding ceremony will be held prior to the reception, and includes only a small handful of people. Don't feel left out though! We are holding the reception afterwards to properly celebrate with everyone. A vast majority of our guests have been invited to this portion of our wedding day, and we hope to see you there!
We are excited that you would like to share new faces with us! However, in order to properly celebrate with our favorite people and stay within budget, we kindly ask you refrain from bringing a plus one or others unless invited.
Please make sure you RSVP by April 1.
You will be missed! If you can not make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Will Not Attend,” so we can plan accordingly. In order for those attending to stay in the moment, we will not be providing a virtual celebration.
No pets are allowed at the reception venue.
Yellowstone International Airport is the nearest and most convenient airport. It also boasts a very Montana feel upon arrival, and both of us really enjoy it after walking off the plane. We recommend booking your arrival flights the night before at the latest. This will allow you enough time to both sleep in and properly dress for afternoon tea without feeling rushed.
Yes! From our shared passion for all things tea, our reception is a tea party. We encourage guests to embrace this and come wearing their Sunday best, bow ties, and floral hats.
Our dress code is Sunday Best. No denim, please.
In theme with our tea party, we intend to serve small dishes similar to cocktail style foods.
We love to enjoy food and believe everybody should be able to do the same. However, given the nature of our chosen theme, we do not intend to make dietary accommodations. There will be plenty of options for guests to select from. Note: any persons with a food allergy please email us details at 406.haight@gmail.com
With the exception of the wedding party, all guests have open seating. Feel free to sit wherever you want!
All guests will be responsible for transporting themselves to the reception. Directions can be found under the "Reception" tab by clicking the address listed for the venue.
Yes, parking is available, and there is no fee!
Guests will be allowed their choice of tea cup to use and take home upon arrival. We ask that everything else be left at the venue.
Your presence is gift enough, but if you're feeling particularly generous, the registry is a great resource to choose from. If you feel there is something else you would like to gift us that is not on listed on the registry, please touch base with Mathilda Inman (mathildainman@gmail.com; 406.459.1038) and/or Brenden Haight (406.202.8897) to make sure we aren't already receiving something similar.
Just you being there is a gift, but should you wish to bring one, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
Pull out the magic 8 ball or flip a coin! Unfortunately, we do not know what the weather will be like, and it could change at any point during the reception. We are hopeful for springtime weather typical of Montana (70F and sunny), but it could go the extreme and snow... The venue is mostly indoors, but includes patios and a lawn for outdoor socializing. Weather permitting, we will have the doors propped open.
Yes, you may take pictures for posting online.
The reception is scheduled to conclude at 4pm. Following that, we will be flying out of Bozeman for our honeymoon, so we have not organized any after-parties.
December 2022 we took a Disney Cruise to Mexico and loved it so much, we booked another one to Alaska!
