Here are some of our favorite spots in the Scranton area- in case you plan to spend a little time exploring the Electric City!

Nay Aug is a refreshing way to explore Scranton's natural beauty and was a favorite date spot for us while in college. Take a stroll through the trails to a large tree house overlooking the Nay Aug gorge.

Lake Scranton is another natural beauty. With a 3.5 mile paved path around its circumference, it makes for a perfect walk or run in the fresh air.

This is our personal favorite spot for brunch. While you are here, feel free to explore downtown Scranton's small storefronts. Pro-tip: order extra macaroni salad. Just trust us!

This downtown bar is a go-to for any Scranton Royal. The best part? They have an outdoor backyard patio which is open during the summer season.

Tully's is a casual sports bar with a wide selection of delicious food and drinks. More importantly, it is only a short walk across the parking lot from our hotel- no need to worry about transportation!
