Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Truly whatever you feel good in. The venue is outdoors in the middle of August, so the weather is a toss up (we have shade and covered areas in case of rain or extreme heat). We recommend wearing semi-formal attire to the ceremony and bringing layers for the reception. Any colors work - but please save the white dress for the bride! Bottom line, we aren't expecting anything crazy. A summer dress/jumpsuit or some nice pants with a button-up shirt will do the trick!

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes! We love kids and want all of our friends and family to be able to come. Ultimately, the decision is up to you if you would like to bring your kiddos (you are also allowed to use our wedding as an excuse to hire a babysitter and get a night off!). We will have snacks, drinks, and activities for the kids!

Where is the venue and what is the parking situation?

Answer

The venue is located about 10 minutes up the shore from Duluth, MN. It is our aunt and uncle's beautiful property and we are so blessed to be able to utilize the space. Parking will be available on Old North Shore Rd (CR-290), and there will be a parking attendant for those who need assistance walking to the ceremony!

Are you providing transportation for guests after the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the location of the wedding paired with different guest lodging accommodations - we cannot provide shuttles/rides for guests. Please keep this in mind and drink responsibly!
