It's safe to say that Covid was a weird time, but Claire was able to survive it through her friendship with Haley being in town and getting to have backyard 6-feet apart hangouts and kayaking trips. Haley was actually the one who drove Claire to her first date with Brendan so of course she had to be part of the big day!

Brendan and Jeff first met during their stint together with the Normal CornBelters. After 2 more jobs working together and over 10 years later, Jeff and Brendan grew their friendship by going to autograph signings, almost any live concert, and enjoying an occasional Busch Light.
