WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal. Please no jeans or camo (or the Bride will kick you out).

WHAT IS CONSIDERED SEMI FORMAL ATTIRE?

Answer

For men, a suit jacket or blazer with dress pants, tie optional, and dress shoes. For women above the knee or mid length dresses, dressy jumpsuits or separates. Please be sure to wear appropriate footwear as this will be a tented wedding on grass.

HOTEL BLOCKS AND RESERVATIONS

Answer

Because so many of our guests are local, we did not block rooms! We would recommend something located in Canal Park near the lake.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do, however due to many factors including space we respectfully request no children. This is an ADULT ONLY affair. We hope you take the opportunity to enjoy a night out. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

CAN I BRING A GUEST OR +1 THAT IS NOT LISTED ON MY RSVP?

Answer

If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure you are RSVPing for you and your guests.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

You should already know the answer to this if you know us at all.. Beer, wine, premium liquor and non-alcoholic beverages are on us. Please be sure to tip the bartenders!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" which means no phones or cameras. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do." We have hired professionals to capture the moment for us and we promise to share photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like!

WILL THIS WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, as will cocktail hour, but the reception and dinner will be under a tent.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Because the ceremony beings promptly at 4:30, we recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat. The bar will be open prior!

Question

WHAT DOES PARKING AND TRANSPORATION LOOK LIKE?

Answer

There is a large lot prior to the property where there will be plenty of room for parking. We will have a parking attendant helping to manage. There will be no shuttle.
