IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes! We are asking for our guests to dress up with us. With the nature of our scenery, and our overall theme of Western style, we would love for guests to dress semi-formal, and if preferred, add a country twist to it! Feel free to wear your cowboy boots if wanted. They may come in handy for line-dancing. For men, this might mean a jacket and tie, or even a button down or polo with slacks. For women, any preferred length of dress. Our wedding party will be bright and colorful, so please join along in that.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

To help us in our planning, we are asking that you kindly RSVP by April 12th, 2025, (three months prior to the wedding). If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no". This is because we do need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we hope that you understand

WHERE IS THE WEDDING LOCATED?

Answer

Our wedding is located at the beautiful Quiet Meadows Farm in Mapleton, Utah. Just over a 45 minute drive from Salt Lake City. Our ceremony (weather permitting) is set to take place outside, and our reception will take place in the barn onsite. throughout the evening, the barn doors will be fully open to have flowing indoor-to-outdoor options.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony beginning! We are giving a window from 3:45-4:15 pm to ensure you have arrived, parked, used restrooms, and have been seated. Please do not plan to arrive any later.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of the predetermined plus-ones allocated via your wedding invitation. Your invitation will specify if we have given you the option to bring a plus one!

CAN I BRING MY KID?

Answer

On your invitations, if your child is specifically listed on the envelope along with your name, they are welcome! (However, if you or you and your partner would prefer a date night out without the kids, also fine by us). If they are not on the invite, unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate them - we hope you can understand!

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Answer

Yes! A barbecue dinner will be provided. We will also have options for those who are vegan/vegetarian.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?

Answer

We will be line and swing dancing during the reception! If you've never done that before, don't worry! We will have plenty of people going around to teach/help with the line and swing dancing. As a couple, country dancing is our favorite date-night activity! We are so excited to incorporate it into our reception.
