Question
What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire (black tie optional). Tuxes are encouraged but not necessary. The ceremony area is also grassy so you may want to consider heels that won't sink. It will be June in Nashville so keep that in mind as well :)

Are kids allowed?

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

What time should I arrive to the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm on June 21st. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Cheekwood closes to the public at 5:00pm so there may be a bit of traffic as people are leaving the park.

Where do I park?
Answer
Cheekwood has free parking near Howe Garden and Belle Meade will also have free parking. If you decide to Uber home from the reception, your car will be safe left at Belle Meade.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors and the cocktail hour/reception will be indoors.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
The ceremony and reception locations are very close together (5 min drive between the two) and there will be ample parking at both locations. If you choose to drive yourself, feel free to leave your car over night if needed at Belle Meade and pick it up Sunday morning. We suggest carpooling or using rideshare. If you choose to use a rideshare service, make sure to account for the ceremony lasting around 30 minutes. We are not providing transportation for guests on the wedding day.

Will you have vegetarian and gluten-free options?
Answer
Yes! One of the meal options will be vegetarian, if you need this option please indicate it on the response card from your invitation. It is a mushroom risotto dish (and it's delicious, I've tasted it!). It's also gluten free! If you need you have any other food-related allergies, please indicate those on your response card as well.
