When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 1st so we can give our vendors an accurate guest count.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
In late May in Arizona, we are anticipating it being a little bit warm; however, our venue has lots of shade, fans, and an indoor space for the reception, so we are hopeful that it will be "just right"!
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30, please allow plenty of time to park and find a seat- we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early, especially to account for traffic.

What will be served for food/drinks?
Answer
Dinner will be buffet style with a main course of chicken. We are not able to offer a separate vegetarian option, so we apologize for any inconvenience. There will be an open bar of beer and wine selections. If there is something specific you would like outside of our drink options, it will need to be enjoyed off property.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Currently we have not scheduled transportation. Uber and Lyft are options, and feel free to reach out to us directly if you need help getting around while you're here!
