We kindly request that you RSVP by February 28th, 2024. Your prompt response will help us ensure that all our arrangements, from seating to catering, are perfectly arranged to make your experience at our wedding as enjoyable as possible. Please note that if we do not receive your RSVP by the specified date, we will regrettably be unable to accommodate your attendance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly ask for your understanding in adhering to this deadline as it will greatly assist us in making our celebration a seamless and memorable event for all involved.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration to the fullest. The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. This means you can opt for cocktail dresses, dressy suits, or western formal attire such as jeans and a button up shirt. Please keep in mind that the wedding will be outdoors, so consider the weather when choosing your outfit, and feel free to bring a light jacket or shawl just in case.
While we can't wait to see all our guests looking their best, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white to the wedding. The bride will be wearing white, and we want her to shine as the center of attention on this special day.
Our wedding celebration will be immersed in the beauty of the great outdoors! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place in a scenic outdoor setting, allowing us to embrace nature's charm. We believe that the natural surroundings will add a touch of magic to our special day, and we can't wait to share this unique outdoor experience with all our guests. There will be blankets supplied, along with fire pits and outdoor heaters. But please plan accordingly for an open-air celebration filled with fresh air, stunning views, and the enchantment of the outdoors.
April is a wonderful time of year and we're hoping for beautiful weather! However, in April you can typically expect slightly chilly conditions. The days are often warm, with temperatures ranging from 75° - 44°. However, it's a good idea to prepare for cooler weather in the evenings, so bringing a light jacket or shawl is recommended. As with any outdoor event, Mother Nature can be unpredictable so we cannot garuntee the temperature. We'll keep a close eye on the weather forecast as the big day approaches and will provide any updates or recommendations to help you plan accordingly. We can't wait to celebrate with you in the delightful April weather!
We absolutely adore your little ones and would be delighted to have them join our celebration! Our wedding is a family-friendly event, and children are more than welcome to attend. We'll have activities to keep the kids entertained and ensure they have a fantastic time. Please feel free to bring them along so they can share in the joy of our special day. We want everyone to be a part of this wonderful moment in our lives!
While we appreciate your enthusiasm to capture our special day, we kindly request that there be no pictures taken during the ceremony itself. We want this moment to be a sacred and intimate exchange of vows. And we will have professional photographers to capture those special moments. However, we encourage you to take photos before and after the ceremony, during the reception, and throughout the day's festivities. We hope you understand and respect our wishes, and we look forward to celebrating with you and creating lasting memories together!
We want to ensure that every guest enjoys our wedding feast to the fullest, and we're more than happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. To make sure we can cater to your needs, please kindly inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP. You can do this by checking the relevant box on the RSVP card or by contacting us directly through the provided contact information. Our catering team will work closely with you to make sure you have a delicious and safe dining experience. Your well-being is important to us, and we appreciate your communication to help us create a memorable and worry-free dinner experience for you.
Yes, there will be an open bar available for our guests to enjoy! We want everyone to have a fantastic time celebrating with us, so we'll be offering a selection of beverages, including a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Whether you prefer a signature cocktail, a glass of wine, or a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage, our bar will be well-stocked to quench your thirst. Please drink responsibly, and if you need assistance arranging transportation after the event, don't hesitate to reach out. We're excited to raise a glass with you and toast to this joyous occasion!
Yes, indeed! We have a wedding hashtag ready for our big day. It's #semderdowntheaisle. We would be absolutely thrilled if you'd use it when sharing your photos and messages on social media. This way, we can all easily find and enjoy the wonderful moments you capture from our celebration. We can't wait to see the day through your eyes and feel the love and joy you share with us! #SemderDownTheAisle
