As an eager first-year resident assistant on August 20, 2017, Claire went room to room introducing herself to her residents. Little did Claire and Andrew know as she walked into room 213, they were meeting the best friend who would be by their side forever. During this year, Claire and Andrew became great acquaintances and friends, but the stars never aligned for them. They went their separate ways that summer and on the third day of classes in 2018, many coincidences became fate. As Claire was waiting for her Electrical Power course, Andrew was leaving his Castings course. They ran into each other in the hallway and caught up from events that summer. Unbeknownst to the two of them, neither one of them could keep each other out of their minds the rest of the day. Later that night as they were leaving an all-athletes meeting, Andrew made a point to bump into Claire and say hi. That's all it took, as they starting dating shortly after.
