DeBordieu is a gated community. Your name will be on a guest list at the main gatehouse. Please have your ID ready to show the security officer.
Once you pass the entry gate, follow DeBordieu Blvd for about two miles. Turn left onto Colony Way. There will be signs directing you toward the Clubhouse area. The clubhouse address is: 908 Bonnyneck Dr, Georgetown, SC 29440.
Yes, there is ample parking available directly in front of the Clubhouse!
The wedding is Black Tie Optional: For women, floor-length gowns. For men, tuxedos or dark suits with ties. Please note that parts of the evening will be on the lawn, so block heels or wedges are recommended. The ceremony will take place on Live Oak Lane under the trees in front of the Clubhouse, followed by cocktail hour and the reception on the lawn behind the Clubhouse.
The Club has beautiful marsh views and grassy areas. If you're wearing heels, a block heel or wedge is recommended so you don't sink into the coastal sod on the lawn.
