We knew of each other in high school, and Dillon would say he always had me in mind, but our love rekindled in the summer of 2018. I (Claire) left for college in the fall but we stayed connected and started dating in October. Long distance love, close summers, and lots of adventures together happened from there-on-out!

October 25, 2020 we drove a UTV and repeated our first ever date to Bond Falls in MI. I was totally unsuspecting and Dillon got down on one knee and popped the question! I of course said yes, about a thousand times! The best day ever.
