What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that all attending our wedding be in semi-formal attire. Men in suit and jacket, tie optional. Women we politely request do not wear dresses that are white, or any shades of white. This includes white as the main base color of a patterned dress.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by May 4, 2025

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outside. But the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

It is best to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. We suggest arriving at 3:30pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have a bus to shuttle to and from the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available onsite for all guests interested in driving.

Can I Uber?

Answer

You can Uber to the wedding, but cell reception is very spotty at the venue. So we recommend either planning a ride home ahead of time or taking the bus back to the hotel to Uber from there.
