What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail/Semi-Formal: Please remember that it will be the end of July and the weather will most likely be hot and humid. The ceremony will be outside in a covered pavilion (we will try to keep it short!) and the reception will be located inside The Greenhouse which does have HVAC. Additionally, you may spend a portion of the evening outside playing games (weather permitting), so please choose your shoes accordingly.

How far is the Natural Bridge State Resort Park Lodge from your Wedding Venue?
Answer
The lodge is 10 minutes away from Appalachian Rose Farm. At this time, transportation will not be provided. We encourage you to pull up the directions on your GPS before leaving the lodge or your AirBnb as service in the area can be touch and go!

Will there be alcoholic beverages?
Answer
Yes, we will have an open bar including wine and beer! Tipping the bartender is always appreciated :)

What should we expect on the hikes you recommend in Red River Gorge?
Answer
They are more like short walks than a hike, but you know more than anyone your physical limitations - please trust your own judgement! We encourage you to download the AllTrails App for specific trail information. Longer hikes are plentiful if interested - all of the available trails can be found in the AllTrails app! Tips: - Wear hiking shoes & wear proper clothing for hot weather - Take & drink plenty of water - Make sure to hold onto young ones/keep pets on a leash - It is VERY important to stay on the trails (do NOT go off of the paths!) The edge of a cliff can literally be just a couple of feet away, so walking off trail is just asking for an accident to happen.
