C|K LOVE IT'S HAPPENING

Our Love Story as told by: Christina, Divine intervention brought us together & I would not have it any other way. I came to Virginia for what I thought was a 2 week stay to love on my adorable new born nephew. After packing up my belongings & moving all the way from the West Coast the Lord blessed me with a wonderful job and a church home. During the same time Kenny began his process to receive the one the Lord had prepared for him. As time went on Kenny thought he would test the waters & ask my brother in law about me, not knowing that I had noticed him singing in the church choir. I didn’t think much of it; I had no idea that the Lord was showing me my husband, and my Covering! It makes me laugh & I often smile and say, “WOW”. When I think about how many times our paths had crossed without ever saying a single word to one another, our steps were and continue to be ordered by the Lord. Our Love Story as told by: Kenneth, One Sunday Christina's sister posted a picture of Christina on Facebook & I remember thinking to myself, “What a beautiful smile”. I was seeking the Lord about some things and I felt that the Lord was speaking to me regarding this woman with the beautiful smile. I was intrigued and I thought to myself, "Maybe I should say something to her". So, I sent Chrissy a message on social media, but I didn’t think that she would respond because after all, I was somewhat of a stranger to her. But to my delight, a little while later she did respond, and we had a great conversation that day. Christina and I had so much in common. When God puts two people together he does it right! We talked every day after that through social media and on the phone. Finally, we had our first date and decided to go bowling. Even though Chrissy got lost & I had to wait 1 ½ hours for her (LOL), she was absolutely worth the wait! We both believe that when your ways please the Lord he will give you the desires of your heart! We have found the one whom our soul loves!
