When should I RSVP by?
Answer
DECEMBER 1ST. Call or text the bride and groom to let them know how many will will be attending and if any kids. Also if you have any special food allergies, let them know

Where is there to eat?
Answer
Each hotel (Holiday Inn & K Bar S Lodge) will supply breakfast each morning. Friday night there will be a social dinner at the Gas Light restraurant if you would like to join. Then, of course, Saturday dinner will be provided at the reception. There is also a restrauant in Keystone that will be open & Gas Light in Rockerviller (8 miles) and additional restraurants in Hill City (12 miles); Rapid City (20 miles). The Hotels also have mini fridges & microwaves in each room. Hill City has a grocery store otherwise the next town would be Rapid City.

What about drinks?
Answer
The closest place to buy alcohol for the weekend would most likely be in Hill City/ Rapid CIty. During the reception, choices availabe at the bar include: Coke products ($2), local beers ($5), domestic beers ($3-4), hard seltzers ($4), wine ($4-8), & wine based cocktails ($6-8). Domestic Beer: BudLight, Budweiser, Blue Moon, Stella Artois, Angry Orchard, Michelob Ultra. Hard Seltzers: White Claw, Smirnoff, Truly No outside alcohol is SUPPOSED to be brought into the ceremony/ reception hall. But is allowed in your room and in the the Main lodge of K Bar S Lobby.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yup! Just let the bride and groom know they will be attending when you RSVP. Depending how many kiddos are supposed to come, the bride will have a kid's table set up outside of the ceremony room with crafts for them to do.

Nothing specific :) Dress warm!
