This love story began at SoHo Yoga, in Hermosa Beach. CJ was an avid member at the studio, and Krista started working there in 2015. They formed a friendship that involved hallway conversations before and after yoga classes. Mostly, Krista relayed stories of bad dates and dumb dudes to a very, very patient CJ, while he offered dating advice. This lasted for about a year before CJ gradually started steering them out of the friend zone. That was it!

Just like any other Saturday afternoon, Krista was heading to the yoga studio to teach some classes. Her boss had requested that she come a little early to take some pictures for social media content (which meant "hey maybe wear some mascara or something"). While Krista was distracted upstairs, CJ and about 50 friends and family members crept into the downstairs studio to wait. Krista came in a little bit later, completely surprised and overwhelmed. He asked the question, she said YESSSS, and then everyone went to party the night away the couple's home. So many people helped make this day possible, and it was the absolute perfect day. Now let's get ready to celebrate some more!!
