What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-Formal to Dressy Casual. Think Sunday best or a classy dinner date. No jeans, graphic t-shirts, jerseys or athletic wear. A polished, elegant outfit that is less formal than black-tie but more elevated than casual. For women, this includes a cocktail dress, elegant jumpsuit, or dressy separates, while men should wear a suit and tie or a blazer with dress pants.

Where is the Wedding?

Answer

We are having our Ceremony, Coffee and Tea Hour and Reception at the US Hotel Tavern. A beautiful building in historic Hollidaysburg. There are plenty of lodging options around, there will be a hotel block made for one of our local hotels, more details to come.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

The sooner the better! We're planning a small gathering with our closest friends and family, we would love to see everyone and share our special day with you. If you're not able to make it, RSVP by August 31st at the latest.

Are there hotel accommodations reserved for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at Country Inn and Suites. To receive our special group rate. Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

We are planning a small celebration of our love with the people we know and love, if we could invite everyone, we would. Since we can't, unless otherwise noted, we will not be having plus ones. We want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves and relax, the only children that are invited to the wedding are in the bridal party and are related to the Bride and Groom. We ask that all other kiddos stay home to give parents a night of fun and relaxation!

Where are you registered for gifts?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift, but should you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution towards our new home would be deeply appreciated, we are registered right here on Zola, on Walmart and Amazon, you can access those registries on the Registry tab of our website! As newly weds, we're excited to start our life together, buy a house, and start a family. There are a few gifts that can be purchased and there is also a Newly Wed fund and Honeymoon fund that you can contribute to!

Is it okay to post pictures on social media?

Answer

Yes! We will have a photographer there, so the ceremony will be unplugged. For the rest of the celebration, please feel free to take and share all the photos you can! Make sure to tag us and use our hashtag #GPSFoundTheOne so we can enjoy them too!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

As neither the bride or the groom drink, alcohol will not be apart of our celebration. Bringing outside beverages is prohibited per the US Hotel and anyone seen bringing in alcohol will be asked to leave. We want to celebrate with all of our loved ones and we hope to see everyone there having fun!
