Allison & CJ went on their first date on March 1st, 2014. They went to Akira in Moorestown with their friends Kelly and Tim. Kelly likes to claim she was really meant to be a matchmaker. A couple weeks later Allison accompanied CJ to his fire department banquet and the rest is history. The couple bought a house together in July 2017 and a year later got their first dog, Stella Mae. CJ suggested taking Stella to the beach the next day to take pictures of her, everyone loves a good puppy picture. They stayed the night at Alli's parents house and next morning went to OC. On the way over Alli wanted to stop at the post office to mail a Poshmark sale(LOL) and CJ was on a strict time schedule that Alli did not know about. CJ's brother in law, Jim was taking pictures for us when CJ took out a card to give Alli. The card read "I know you and Dad has a RUFF time picking a name, but I am glad you picked Stella Mae... I think it has a nice RING to it..." and then dropped down to one knee. Of course she said yes, but there is more to the surprise. As Alli opened the door to CJ's beach house she is surprised with a house full of friends and family there to surprise her after the engagement. It was the perfect day. We cannot wait to celebrate our love story with all the people that mean the most to us in OC on July 17th, 2021.
