How far is the airport from the hotel?
Answer
The airport is about 15-20 minutes to the Dreams/Secrets Vallarta Bay resorts.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Answer
Guests can coordinate rountrip shuttle service through the hotel or hop into a Uber/Taxi. Both options are extremely safe. Taxi/Uber costs are on average, $25 each way.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be indoors. All other wedding events will be held outdoors.

What is the temperature in Puerto Vallarta in January?
Answer
The average high temperature during the day ranges from around 75°F to 85°F , while the nighttime temperatures can drop to around 60°F to 64°F

Are children allowed to join the festivties?
Answer
Children of all ages are welcome to join the Welcome Party. The day-of wedding events (including the ceremony, cocktail, and reception events) are exclusively adults-only. For those traveling with children, the hotel provides a fantastic Kids Club and offers private babysitting services which can be coordinated directly with the hotel.

Can I stay at a different hotel?

We highly encourage our guests to stay at Dreams or Secrets Vallarta Bay. All our events will take place onsite, and staying at either of these properties will ensure you are right in the heart of the celebration, making your overall experience more enjoyable and seamless.

Can I book my trip through the online travel sites like Orbitz, Expedia or Travelocity?

Absolutely! Often times these websites offer great bundled deals for airfaire and hotel.

What day do you encourage we fly in?
Answer
We encourage all guests to fly in on or before Wednesday, January 8, 2025. This will allow you time to settle in and relax before the festivities begin on the 9th!
