Answer

This is an adults only event please! The only children will be immediate family. Thank you for understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Beekman Arms and Delamater Inn, or in the Village of Rhinebeck, the ceremony and reception are within walking distance. The Beekman Arms is .5 miles from the venue, and some of the properties are even closer. If necessary, Uber/Lyft rides can be arranged but please do so ahead of time. If you are booked at the Rhinebeck Motel, it is a five-minute drive from the ceremony and reception. Please either be prepared to drive yourself, or arrange a taxi/Uber/Lyft before hand. These options should be easily available the day of the wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please just let the bride and groom know when you RSVP. We will try to accommodate everyone's needs!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be some parking spots at the ceremony and reception. Please let the bride and groom know if you plan on driving yourself to the event.

When should I book a hotel room by?

Answer

Please book your room at the Beekman Arms and Delamater Inn or the Rhinebeck Motel by August 1, 2022. After that, the room block will be released and no longer reserved for wedding guests.
