Back in 2023 we matched on Hinge and started talking because of a prompt that said "give me travel tips for Hawaii". We started to text and FaceTime each other and at that time discovered that we were an hour and a half distance from one another. Still to this day we don't know how we managed to cross paths but we do believe that things happen for a reason. Eventually, we planned our first date in Hoboken where we grabbed lunch from Fiore's and had a park date. Since then we have moved in together, created memories together, and traveled together. Fast forward to September 2025, we planned a trip to Hawaii to enjoy a vacation and celebrate a birthday. On September 12th we got engaged at sunset on Waikiki Beach and then watched the Hilton firework show. Hawaii will always have a special place in our hearts and be known as the place that started the journey to our forever.
