When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to finalize plans with our venue and caterer please RSVP by August 8th. Any unanswered RSVPs will marked as "Declined".

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may begin to arrive at 3:30. Please plan to be seated by 3:50 as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our loved ones all dressed up! We kindly ask that you wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Suits, dresses, and pantsuits are encouraged. Please refrain from wearing jeans and casual wear.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! For your safety and enjoyment, if you have any allergies or food restrictions please let us know and we will accommodate you.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by using the "RSVP" tab on our website. Simply enter your first and/or last name in the search bar. If you have any trouble using our website please feel free to reach out to Mary or Francisco.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is free onsite parking available. Please note that our venue has two separate spaces and often hosts more than one event on a given day. The parking lot is shared between the two spaces. Please be sure to arrive at the Poplar Barn, which is the smaller of the two.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP and you can RSVP for everyone in your party together. If you feel that we missed anyone or would like to make a request feel free to reach out to either Mary or Francisco.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside on the patio and will transition to indoors for the reception.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We understand that this is a very exciting day and we couldn't agree more. We ask that you please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we will be happy to share those pictures as soon as possible. During the reception, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you...come ready to celebrate! On that note, due to venue policies please refrain from bringing outside alcohol on the venue premises.
