Why Colorado?

Chris and I have always dream of moving to Colorado and are so happy to have found a home here. We are looking forward to sharing our love of Colorado with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Please note this is an outdoor wedding. We encourage bring layers to ensure you will be comfortable throughout the day and evening

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For Saturday, please note that Shuttle Service will be provided between the Hilton Garden Inn Longmont and Stone Mountain Lodge and Cabins. The Shuttle to Stone Mountain will leave at 2:15pm and 3:15pm. Shuttle back to the Hilton will leave Stone Mountain at 9:00pm, 10:00pm and 11:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We recommend you take the shuttle that will run to and from the hotel. However parking is available.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The dinner will be served family style with gluten- free, vegetarian, and dairy- free options. If you have a special dietary request, please include this information with your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.

What is the attire for the Welcome Event

Answer

The event will be indoors and the dress is nice casual.

What shoes should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Please what is most comfortable for you. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted in a grassy area while the reception will have a hard dance floor.

What should I do to prepare for the of the wedding?

Answer

Due to the high altitude, we encourage you to drink more water. The air is drier and your body will dehydrate much more quickly. The higher up you go, the more water you should drink.

Are there any other events happening?

Answer

We will be hosting an optional hike Friday morning at 10:00am. If you are interested in joining us, please meet at the Button Rock Dam via Longmont Dam Road trail head (https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/us/colorado/button-rock-dam-via-longmont-dam-road) at 9:45am. We will start hiking at 10:00am. It is a 4.8 mile out-and-back moderate hike.
