The drive from the hotel to the venue is about 30 minutes, 14 miles. The hotel block is for Friday October 28th to Sunday October 30th. If you plan on staying only Saturday night please make sure you call the hotel the morning of October 29th to let them know you will need an early check in. The hotel can not guarantee early check in but said they would do their best to accommodate.

The shuttle will arrive at the Hampton Inn at 1:45pm and depart by 2:10pm to transport guests to the venue. The shuttle will also transport these same guests from the ceremony site to the cocktail hour site at Mountain Memories at Thorpewood - this distance is walkable but the shuttle company provides a two hour window of service. 9:15pm-11:15pm The shuttle will arrive to the venue at 9:15pm to pick up guests and depart by 10:15pm back to the Hampton Inn.
