When are room bookings due by?

Room bookings for your cottage are due by July 1, 2026! The room rate is $400 per person or $800 per couple.

How do I book my room?

1. Visit www.hawkesdene.com/confirmation or click on ‘view’ on our website’s travel page 2. Click ‘make a payment’ on the top of the screen 3. Fill out the guest information form, selecting Hannah & Levi for ‘Name of Group’, and the amount of $400 per person (so $800 per couple) 4. Click submit, and done! We are so grateful to spend this time with you! Once we receive all of the room bookings we will assign rooms and cabins. If you have any special requests or any specific guest you would want to be in a cabin with, please write it in the special requests comment section on the room booking screen!

Your booking fee covers everything you’ll need for a beautiful and stress-free, 2 night stay at Hawkesdene, including: •Your private room •Daily housekeeping service •Access to all estate amenities •Hiking trails, alpaca farm, and activities •Unlimited snacks from the main house •Coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic drinks •Wine, beer, seltzers, and cocktails •Full catering from the Sunday Welcome Dinner to Tuesday Send Off breakfast •All on-site guest areas for relaxing and exploring

What is the travel information and nearby airports?

Hawkesdene is located in Andrews, North Carolina, in the Nantahala National Forest. The estate is about 2.5 hours north of Atlanta and is best reached by car. Most guests will likely fly into a larger airport and then drive to the estate. Common options include: • Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) – approximately 1.5–2 hours • Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) – approximately 2.5 hours • McGhee Tyson Airport, Knoxville (TYS) – approximately 2–2.5 hours • Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA) – approximately 2–2.5 hours • Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) 2 hr 45 min We strongly recommend renting a car, as rideshare options (Uber and Lyft) can be very limited in this mountain area. Check in time is 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 9, 2026 and check out time is 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Once you pass the front gate there will be a check in table in front of the main house where you will receive your cottage information and instructions!

The meals included will be: Sunday: Welcome dinner Monday: Brunch Cocktail Hour Dinner Tuesday: Send off breakfast There will also be unlimited snacks and drinks at the main house for all of the guests to help themselves to. Alcoholic beverages will be open bar as well.

Because Hawkesdene is a mountain estate, we suggest packing: •Comfortable walking shoes •Layers for cooler evenings •A light jacket or rain layer (weather can change quickly in the mountains) •Any personal items you might want for free time on the property Most events will be casual attire. Our wedding ceremony and reception will be formal attire. For those wearing heels, we recommend wedges or block heels for walking on the grounds.
