What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue by 3:45 PM. This will give you ample time to find your seat, check in with ushers, and get comfortable before our 4 PM ceremony begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is complimentary for all guests, with 125 spaces available in the back lot next to The Meadow. Handicapped accessible parking spaces are conveniently located for those who need them.

Is it acceptable to leave vehicles overnight?

Answer

You are welcome to leave vehicles overnight at the venue. We kindly request that all vehicles be retrieved between 8 am and 10 am the following day.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that our guests remain fully present during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos. Our professional photographers will beautifully capture every precious moment, allowing you to immerse yourself in the celebration and create lasting memories.
