Every great fairytale starts with a little bit of magic, and ours began with a simple swipe online in February of 2022. After matching on Hinge, we went on our first date at the Cheesecake Factory. What was supposed to be a casual dinner quickly turned into hours of conversation, laughter, and the kind of connection that makes time disappear. Before we knew it, the restaurant was closing and we were still talking, neither of us quite ready for the night to end. But like any good Disney story, the clock struck midnight and our evening came to a close, just without the pumpkin carriage. We continued spending time together, learning about each other and building an undeniable connection. Love was definitely in the air. It was a tale as old as time…the beauty had found her beast. In 2023, we started a new chapter, and bought our first home together. A place to create new memories, start new traditions, and where a little everyday magic could live….but without the enchanted furniture. Then on April 10, 2025, the most magical chapter began. In Disney World, the place where dreams come true, he asked and she said yes! It was the most magical moment in the most magical place on earth. Our story may not have started in a castle, but we still found our happily ever after.
