Question

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes early. Last ski lift ride prior to the ceremony leaves at 4:40pm. The ceremony will be a short ski lift ride to the top of the hill and will start promptly at 5pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We will have shuttle pick up and drop off from the Wingate Hotel and the Inn at Holiday Valley. Please see the details under schedule of events for the exact time of pick-up and drop off.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is free parking at Holimont Ski Club. Please see the address on our schedule page. If you are staying at one of the allocated hotels, we have free shuttle service.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Yes, please just let us know prior to the RSVP. We unfortunately do not have any babysitting services available so that will be up to you.
