Question

Will there be parking at the church?

Answer

Main parking in the church is limited. The entrance to this lot is on 13th Street. There is an additional parking lot across the street on 13th Street that is free.

Where can I park when I arrive for the reception?

Answer

The main entrance is located on University Ave. Parking can be found behind the venue with an entrance on Lemon St (Riverside Parking Lot 27) and is free on the weekends. Riverside Parking Garage 2 is approximately a block away on Orange St and is also free on the weekends. There is also street parking that is free on the weekends. Black Diamond Valet DTR Lot is on Lemon St. (across the street from the venue) and is paid parking.

Will dinner be available throughout the reception time?

Answer

No. Dinner will be strictly served from 5pm - 7pm. The couple requests a timely arrival.

How should I dress?

Answer

We want everyone to look great for all of the pictures that will be taken, so semi-formal/dressy casual attire is suggested. We kindly request that you do not wear white or shades of orange out of respect for the bride and wedding party.

What is Semi-Formal/Casual Dressy?

Answer

Part of dressing for a semi-formal or dressy casual wedding is paying close attention to when the ceremony will take place. For evening events, darker, more formal colors are recommended, while light colors and airy fabrics work best for daytime affairs. Women can wear below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit (styled with heels, nice wedges, or formal flats). As for men, opt for a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie. "Semiformal gives you flexibility on comfort, but be sure not to dress too casually,".

Can I bring a physical gift to the wedding?

Answer

The couple would prefer you use the "Registry" tab on the website to have it delivered, in order to make clean-up and transportation easier after the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! They should have been included in your guest count. Our venue has a strict policy on guest count, so unfortunately we cannot accommodate more guests. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

No. We recommend you look at the "Travel" section for hotel recommendation or use sites such as AirBnB.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. Please plan accordingly and have travel arrangements made. There are a variety of hotels in the area or you can have a designated driver. DO NOT drink and drive.
