Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire. Recommendations are cocktail dresses or a suit and tie/ sports coat. Per venue guidelines, no jean attire with holes or tears are permitted on the premise.
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. You will have the opportunity to capture photos during the reception following the unplugged ceremony.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be located outdoors at the venue if weather permits (will otherwise be relocated indoor at this same venue). The reception will be held indoor in the grand ballroom at the venue.
We ask that you not arrive earlier than 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow setup time. Arriving at least 15 minutes early to find a seat is suggested.
Yes, there will be plenty of general parking spaces and handicap parking spaces in the parking lot in front of the building.
Yes, please specify your food allergy on the RSVP form to ensure that a separate plate for you will be provided.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner with a selection of meat or fish dishes and sides and salads will be served.
We will be serving a wine and beer bar as well as non-alcoholic drinks. There will also be the option of cash bar for liquor as well.
There will be no assigned seating during the ceremony except that the front rows will be reserved for the bridal party and immediate family members. At the reception, there will be assigned seating to ensure that everyone has a place to sit, eat, and enjoy themselves.
